Sleeping through the night at 3 months Good book for a baseline to start sleep training. We got a lot of good advice from it and at 3 months our little guys was sleeping through the night.Easy and quick to read for the sleep deprived parent. The book is easy to read during Verdi g sessions and only takes a few days. Although some of this was i formation i already knew, for reason the way it is presented here to ally helped me see how I can apply it to my situation. The book is well laid out for booking Mari g and referencing g again later.Informative book- just not what I was expecting This book was not what I expected. It’s more of a baby guide... pretty much anything you aren’t sure about when bringing home a new baby is in here. It’s just not what I thought it was going to be. I have 3 kids... I bought this to help me sleep train my new baby. It doesn’t really have anything in there that I didn’t already know. Not much anyway. I’m sure this book is extremely informative for a first time mom/dad. I was hoping it would be more of a step by step guide on what to do to get baby sleeping on a schedule. It does tell you when to feed and how many naps for the age of baby but I wanted it to tell me what to do. For example, I was hoping it would say something like... for a 4week old baby lay baby down after feeding at 8pm. If baby is crying, wake up and soothe for 3 minutes then lay back down, let baby cry for 5 minutes, then soothe for X minutes. This is a complete example... but just to explain what I was hoping for in the book. It’s easy to say baby needs to sleep for so many hours and then be fed and put back to bed sleepy but awake. But that’s not always so easy to do. Again, lots of good info in the book. Just not what I thought it would be.
